wait for 2 hrs this morning... still can't see grandma

the service is just not good and the attitude is bad too

when i saw all the old ladies there, suddenly feel like alient... are they really human? their skulls and faces are too terrible.... some even go insane.... no wonder ppl hate aging so much...
